God's Messengers Today

Text: Isaiah 62-64; 1Timothy 1

"Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming," Says the Lord of hosts. Malachi 3:1

A messenger simply stated is someone bringing a message to someone else. God used various means to get His message out to His people. In the Old Testament God used angels, prophets and other entities as His messengers to speak the words of God to the

God Speaks in Many Ways

In the verse for today, God declares that He speaks, and when He does, He speaks in righteousness. We can always depend on what He says to be right. God speaks to us in many ways that include but are not limited to: His Word, nature, people, circumstances, peace, wisdom, supernatural intervention, dreams, visions, and what some call "the inner witness," which is best described as a "knowing" deep inside our hearts. He also speaks in what the Bible calls a "still, small voice," which I believe also refers to the inner witness.

Ministry at Winners Youth Camp August 2013

The 30th annual Winners youth camp "PNEUMA" was held in Pathana, TALAWAKELA on the 20th - 22nd August 2013.  325 youths from various parts of Sri Lanka attended and were blessed. The Lord had given Rev.Jacob Ratnam, Senior Pastor at Lighthouse Church, Gampola, Sri Lanka a vision to reach the youth and to make them Leaders. I attended this youth camp 28 years ago, and that camp was one of the instrument God used to confirm my calling for full time ministry. I had the wonderful privilege of sharing & ministering at this camp. Please pray that these children would be greatly used by the Lord in the coming days.

I was Preaching about the importance of being filled in the Holy Spirit to be effective witnesses to Jesus Christ.

நியா 4 & 5 அதிகாரங்களிலிருந்து பாஸ்டர் றொஷான் மகேசன் அவர்கள், சிலருடைய ஆவிக்குரிய ஜீவியமானது ஒரு மனிதனிலே தங்கியிருந்து பின்பு அந்த மனிதன் தங்களுடைய வாழ்க்கையிலிருந்து நீக்கப்படும் பொழுது, அவர்கள் எப்படி தங்கள் தேவனிடம் கொண்டிருக்கும் அர்ப்பணிப்புக்களை மறந்து வாழ்க்கிறார்கள் என்பதையும், அப்படிப்பட்டவர்களை தேவன் மீண்டும் எப்படி தன்னிடத்திற்குத் திருப்புகிறார் என்பதையும் விளக்குகிறார். மட்டுமல்ல, தேவன் தன்னோடு பேசின வார்த்தையை எப்படி தெபோராள் எனும் தீர்க்கதரிசி விசுவாசித்து, அதன்படி செய்தபடியால், கர்த்தர் அவள் மூலமாக இஸ்ரவேலரை 80 வருட அடிமைத்தனத்திலிருந்து விடுதலையாக்கினார் என்பதையும் விளக்குகிறார். இச் செய்தியை முழுமையாக கேட்டு ஆசீர்வாதம் பெறுங்கள். மற்றவர்களுக்கும் அறிமுகம் செய்துவையுங்கள். ஆமென்.

மீண்டும் நிலைநிறுத்தும் கிறிஸ்துவின் அன்பு

நான் அடைந்தும், உங்களுக்கு பிரதானமாக ஒப்பு வித்ததும் என்னவென்றால், கிறிஸ்துவானவர் வேதவாக்கியங்களின்படி நமது பாவங்களுக்காக மரித்து, அடக்கம்பண்ணப்பட்டு, வேதவாக்கியங் களின்படி மூன்றாம் நாளில் உயிர்த்தெழுந்து, கேபாவுக்கும், பின்பு பன்னிருவருக்கும் தரிசன மானார் (1கொரிந்தியர்15:3-5). 

”அப்பொழுது இயேசு அவர்களை நோக்கி, மேய்ப்பனை வெட்டுவேன், மந்தையின் ஆடுகள் சிதறடிக்கப்படும் என்று எழுதியிருக்கிறபடி, இந்த இராத்திரியிலே நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் என்னிமித்தம் இடறலடைவீர்கள். ஆகிலும் நான் உயர்த்தெழுந்த பின்பு, உங்களுக்கு முன்னே கலிலேயாவுக்குப் போவேன் என்றார் (மத்தேயு26:31). என்று இயேசு கிறிஸ்து கூறினபோது, பேதுருவுக்கு அதைக் குறித்து மிகவும் துக்கமாயிருந்தது. அவர் என்னுடைய போதகருக்கு இந்த காரியங்கள் நடக்கக்கூடாதே என்று சிந்திக்க ஆரம்பித்தார். அவரோடு கடந்த மூன்றறை வருடங்களாக கூடவே இருந்து, அவர் போதித்த காரியங்களையும், அவர் செய்த அற்புதங்களையும் கண்டிருந்த பேதுருவுக்கு, இந்த காரியங்கள் நடக்க எந்த சாத்தியமும் இல்லை என்ற ஆணித்தரமான விசுவாசம் இருந்தது. 

The Humble Servant

One day a humble servant of the Lord lost a very dear friend to the scourge cancer. The humble servant felt great sorrow and prayed that he would someday see his friend again. After much time in prayer, the humble servant was confronted by a demon. The demon said to him, "Why do you waste your time in prayer? There is no proof that God exists."

3 Day Crusade - VAKARAI

Dear Friends, 

Greetings to you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.We will be holding our first 3 Day Crusade for this year in Vakarai ( 70Km from Batticaloa Town). The church has been Preparing for this crusade with fasting & Prayers. Yesterday, our ministry team of 45 brothers & sisters went into all 24 villages found in Vakarai (10Km Radius) on foot to hand over tracks & hand bills. They also faced some resistance from a small group of people in that area. But did not back off. We are expecting the Lord to prove the word preached through signs & wonders. Please uphold us in your prayers. The Crusade will start at 5.00Pm (SL Time). I will update the outcome on Monday.

இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் வாழ்த்துக்கள். மார்ச்சு மாதம் 29ம், 30ம், 31ம் திகதிகளில், அருந்ததி மகாவித்தியாலயம், கண்டலடி, வாகரை விளையாட்டு மைதானத்தில், தினமும் மாலை 5.00க்கு ”உங்கள் துக்கம் சந்தோஷமாக மாறும்” சுவிசேஷ கூட்டம் நடைபெற விருக்கின்றது.  இதுவே இப்ிரதேச சரித்திரத்தின் முதலாவது திறந்தவெளி நற்சுவிஷேச கூட்டமாய் இருக்கின்றது. தேவன் வல்லமையான காரியங்களைச செய்து, தமது வார்த்தையை உறுதிப்படுத்தும்படியாக ஜெபம் பண்ணிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்.

கர்த்தருக்குப் பிரியமானவர்களே! உங்களை இயேசு பிறிஸ்துவின் இனிய நாமத்தில் வாழ்த்துகிறேன். இன்று நான் உங்களோடு, பெத்தேலுக்குத் திரும்புங்கள் எனும் தலைப்பில் பேசப் போகின்றேன். இச்செய்தி நிட்சயமாக உங்களுடைய வாழ்க்கையில் பெரிதானதோர் மாற்றத்தைக் கொண்டு வரும் என விசுவாசிக்கிறேன்.

Praise.  There are many forms of praise.  Praise is a very important aspect of our relationship with God.  God inhabits our praise and we should not be inhibited in our praise, for our praise glorifies God. Some people of the world do not always understand the different forms of our praise.  Some would label us, but in the Hebrew language there are seven words that are synonymous with the English word praise.  Here we would like to study these words and give you references to find in the Bible.
